- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 (16 oz.) bag broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- salt to taste
- flour to thicken
Directions

1In a large boiler, boil potatoes in water (half full of water).

2When tender, add

3broccoli and continue to cook until tender.

4Turn heat to low and add soup and milk.

5Thicken with flour.

6Add salt to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes.
