Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 oz. broccoli
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 to 1 c. diced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. flour
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Cook broccoli in small amount of water.

    Make cheese sauce; saute onion in margarine.

    Mix broth, milk and garlic and thicken with flour.
  4. 4
    Add Velveeta and broccoli and serve.
