- 2 cups broccoli
- 4 tablespoons oleo or 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup onion
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 3 slices bacon or 4 -5 slices Canadian bacon
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Cook broccoli and chop and set aside.

2Cook bacon and crumble into pieces and set aside.

3If using Canadian Bacon cube into small pieces.

4Cube cheese and set aside.

5In a saucepan large enough to hold soup add oleo or butter melt and add flour and saute; do not brown.

6Add milk and cubed cheese and let cheese melt and then add broccoli; do not boil or will separate.

7Lastly add meat and salt and serve.
