- 1 bay leaf
- 13 cup fat-free ricotta cheese or 13 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
- 3 egg whites
- 12 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Steam broccoli in microwave: Place broccoli and bay leaf in a glass container and cover with plastic wrap.

2Cook at 100% for 4 minutes.

3Remove bay leaf.

4Process ricotta in a food processor until smooth.

5Add cooked broccoli and remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

6Spray 4 custard cups with cooking spray.
