Broccoli & Tomato Frittata

  • 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1 qt. onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 qt. small broccoli florets, blanched
  • 1 qt. grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2-2/3 cups Delissio Italian Mozzarella Block, shredded
  • 12 each whole eggs
  • egg whites
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 4 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions

    Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.

    Add onions and garlic; cook 5 min.

    or until onions are tender, stirring frequently.

    Remove from heat; stir in broccoli and tomatoes.

    Spoon into 4 (9-inch) pie pans (or into 1 pie pan for trial recipe) sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.

    Beat remaining ingredients with whisk until well blended; pour over ingredients in pie pans.

    Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 30 to 35 min.
