- white fish (enough for each person)
- 2 garlic cloves, cut in half
- 1/2 onion, cut in small rings
- 1/2 tub butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt butter over medium heat and season with the garlic cloves.

2Place onion rings in bottom of pan.

3Season both sides of fish with garlic salt, onion salt, paprika and pepper.

4Place fish into pan on top of onion; pour butter over fish and onion.

5(Cover approximately 1/2 fish fillets with butter).

6Baste with butter. Broil 15 to 18 minutes.

7After about 5 minutes of cooking, baste approximately every 2 to 3 minutes.

8Check fish by using fork and see if fish flakes apart easily.

9If desired, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over fillets.

10Bake fish on rack in middle of oven.
