- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. dry vermouth
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1 lb. scallops
Directions

1Mix all ingredients (except scallops) in a bowl.

2Add scallops and marinate at least one hour.

3Remove scallops from marinade and place on foil-lined pan.

4Broil 8 to 10 minutes (4 to 5 inches from heat), turning once.
