- Butter softened-45 g
- Sugar-225 g
- Dark Chocolate-350 g
- Vanilla Essence- 1 tsp
- Corn Flour- 80 g
- Eggs-3
- Baking Powder- 1 tsp
- Dark Chocolate Chips- 100 g
Directions

1On a double boiler, melt together the chocolate and butter. Take care that the water in the lower pan doesn't touch the bottom of the pan on top.

2Mix together the flour and the rest of the dry ingredients well.

3Add the vanilla essence and egg and stir to bring together.

4Add the now cooled butter-chocolate mixture and beat together with an electric mixer until fluffy.

5Preheat oven to 180 degree C

6Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

7Spoon a couple of tablespoons on to the parchment.

8Press a few dark choco chips into each spoonful gently.

9Bake for 12-13 mins.

10Take off the heat and let cool.

11Watch them disappear :)
