Ingredients

  • Butter softened-45 g
  • Sugar-225 g
  • Dark Chocolate-350 g
  • Vanilla Essence- 1 tsp
  • Corn Flour- 80 g
  • Eggs-3
  • Baking Powder- 1 tsp
  • Dark Chocolate Chips- 100 g

Directions

    On a double boiler, melt together the chocolate and butter. Take care that the water in the lower pan doesn't touch the bottom of the pan on top.

    Mix together the flour and the rest of the dry ingredients well.

    Add the vanilla essence and egg and stir to bring together.

    Add the now cooled butter-chocolate mixture and beat together with an electric mixer until fluffy.

    Preheat oven to 180 degree C

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  7. 7
    Spoon a couple of tablespoons on to the parchment.

    Press a few dark choco chips into each spoonful gently.

    Bake for 12-13 mins.

    Take off the heat and let cool.

    Watch them disappear :)
