- 8 ounces sour cream
- 14 teaspoon dried basil (or herbs and spices of choice)
- 2 cups canola oil
Directions

1Mix self-rising flour and sour cream, along with basil.

2Combine ingredients and roll out on flour board.

3Cut dough into equal amount of squares.

4Bake for 8 minutes at 300.

5Remove from oven and cool.

6Note: Biscuits should be white and only partially cooked.

7When ready to serve, deep-fry for about 45 seconds until they are golden brown and delicious.
