- 4 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. flour
- 3 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. rye flour
- 4 c. milk
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 8 Tbsp. oil
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 4 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Combine milk, brown sugar, oil, honey and salt.

2Heat until just warm.

3Combine yeast, 2 cups flour, whole wheat flour and rye flour.

4Add liquid mixture to dry mixture.

5Beat at low speed in electric mixer for 3 minutes, scraping constantly.

6Beat 5 minutes at high speed.

7Stir in additional 4 1/2 cups flour.

8Knead 8 to 10 minutes.

9Let rise until double.

10Punch down.

11Let rise 10 minutes. Shape into 4 loaves.

12Let rise.

13Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
