- 2 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 c. finely chopped onions
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 qt. water
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Directions

1Combine potatoes, onions, bouillon cubes, mixed vegetables and water in a big pot.

2Bring all to a boil and reduce heat.

3Simmer for one-half hour.

4Then add celery soup and Velveeta cheese.

5Stir until well blended and hot.
