  • 1 c. wild or brown rice
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/2 half onion
  • 1/2 tsp. herbs
