Pizza Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans refrigerated biscuits

Directions

    To cooked and drained sausage add pizza sauce, ketchup, onion and seasoning.

    Cook for 5 minutes.

    Place biscuits in a greased muffin pan, pressing to cover bottom and sides.

    Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons into each cup and sprinkle with cheeses.

    Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

    (Freezes well.)
