Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
  • 1 c. raw rice
  • 2 cans beef bouillon or consomme

Directions

    Melt oleo in a 1 1/2-quart casserole; add onions and raw rice. Stir constantly over low heat until onion is cooked.

    Pour in undiluted consomme.

    Cover and bake at 375° for about 1 hour. (Spray casserole dish with Pam first and rice won't stick.)
