  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 4 tsp. salt
  • 8 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. can baking cocoa
  • 2 c. shortening

Directions

    In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cocoa; with a pastry blender, cut in shortening until evenly distributed.

    Store in large container.

    Keeps 10 to 12 weeks and yields 17 cups mix.
