- 1/3 c. reduced-calorie margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/3 c. cocoa
- 1/3 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Spray square 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.

3Mix brown sugar, margarine, vanilla, egg and egg white.

4Stir in remaining ingredients, except powdered sugar.

5Spread in pan.

6Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.

7Cool and cut into 2-inch squares.

8Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
