- 1 lb. mild sausage, browned and drained
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Directions

1Mix together eggs, milk and dry mustard.

3Pour milk mixture over layers.

4Refrigerate overnight, covered.

5Put baking dish inside another with water. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
