- 16 slices white bread, cut off crusts
- 8 slices boiled ham
- 8 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
- 7 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1 stick melted oleo
Directions

1Put 8 slices of buttered bread, butter side down, in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Add ham and cheese. Add other bread slices. Set aside. Combine the eggs, salt, pepper, dry mustard and milk. Pour over bread, cheese and ham.

2Refrigerate overnight (cover with Saran Wrap).

3Next morning, mix corn flake crumbs and oleo. Sprinkle over casserole.

4Bake at 300° for 1 hour.
