- sliced, cooked ham
- sliced Swiss cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- white and black pepper
Directions

1Spray a large flat 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

2Put a thin layer of sliced, cooked ham (cut in small pieces) on bottom of dish.

3Layer Swiss cheese on top.

4Break eggs over cheese.

5Prick yolks and let run.

6Gently pour whipping cream around eggs.

7Bake in a preheated 425° oven for 10 minutes. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

8Season top with white and black pepper.

9Bake 10 minutes longer.

10Let set 10 minutes before serving in 6 large slices.
