  • 1 lb. crumbled bacon or diced ham
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 3 c. milk
  • 4 oz. sliced mushrooms (optional)
