- 1 lb. hamburger, chopped
- 1 round onion, chopped
- 1 round eggplant
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of oregano
- dash of pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Peel the eggplant and cut into 1/4-inch slices.

2Soak in water for about 10 minutes.

3Remove from water.

4Pat dry and fry lightly. Grease a casserole dish and layer the following ingredients in the dish:

5eggplant, browned hamburger, chopped onion, salt, pepper, oregano and tomato soup.

6Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour with a cover and for 1/2 hour without a cover.
