  • 1 lb. bag hash browns (chunky type)
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • Cheddar cheese (approximately 1 c. grated for top)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. corn flakes (for top)

Directions

    Put potatoes in baking dish and mix in minced onion.

    Mix soup and sour cream and spread on top.
  3. 3
    Spread grated cheese on top. Crush corn flakes and put in saucepan with enough butter to mix. Put corn flakes on top of potatoes.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 1/2 hour.
