- 1 lb. bag hash browns (chunky type)
- 1 onion, grated
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- Cheddar cheese (approximately 1 c. grated for top)
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. corn flakes (for top)
Directions

1Put potatoes in baking dish and mix in minced onion.

2Mix soup and sour cream and spread on top.

3Spread grated cheese on top. Crush corn flakes and put in saucepan with enough butter to mix. Put corn flakes on top of potatoes.

4Bake at 350° for approximately 1/2 hour.
