- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 small green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 c. diced ham
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Place dough in ungreased casserole. Saute choice of vegetables in butter.

3Set aside.

4Lightly beat eggs.

5Cook and scramble in additional butter.

6Place eggs in unbaked crust.

7Layer with vegetables and ham.

8Top with cheese. Bake 15 to 17 minutes until brown and cheese bubbles.
