Brunch Surprise

   For each sandwich you will need the above ingredients.

   First, you toast a piece of bread lightly.

   Set aside.

   On this, put a slice of hot ham and then top with a double slice of Swiss cheese. Insert under the broiler until cheese has melted.

   Meanwhile, poach an egg and place on top of toast, ham and cheese combination.

   Now, add a dash of Tabasco sauce.
