- 1 Boston butt
- 1 c. broth
- 5 Irish potatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans tomatoes, diced
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- hot sauce (few drops)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook Boston butt in crock-pot for about 4 1/2 hours on high until tender.

2After it cooks, trim off fat.

3Cut in chunks and put in food grinder.

4Use 1 cup of stock and cut up potatoes, chopped onion and a little more water to cover potatoes.

5Cook until tender but not mushy.

6To this, add meat, tomatoes, corn, hot sauce, salt and pepper.

7Cover and simmer for a while.
