Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 lb. ground pork
  • 2 lb. chicken
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 16 oz. can tomatoes
  • 6 medium to large onions
  • 6 medium to large potatoes, mashed
  • 32 oz. cream-style corn
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 2 c. ketchup
  • salt to taste

    Cook chicken until tender.

    Debone and chop.

    Cook potatoes and onions in chicken broth.

    Add water as needed.

    Cook pork and beef in skillet to remove grease.

    Mash the potatoes.

    Put all ingredients in large cooker and add water as needed.

    Let simmer approximately 2 hours, stirring often.
