- 3 c. loosely packed basil leaves
- 1/2 c. fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 c. Italian parsley
- 4 cloves garlic
- 12 roma tomatoes
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Chop garlic very fine, chop basil, cilantro and parsley in food processor.

2Add garlic and tomatoes; mix well.

3Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

4Use as you would salsa as a dip or use with meat.
