- 3 sticks butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 cups plain flour
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp each vanilla and lemon flavorings
Directions

1Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese together.

2Adding eggs and baking powder and flavorings.

3Add flour last, and do not mix too much after adding flour.

4Pour in large tube pan (greased and floured).

5A Bundt pan will NOT hold this cake.

6Bake for 1 1/2 hours on 325.

7You can used the baking powder or not.

8To make a crunchy top; put the cake in a cold oven.
