- 40 large cherry tomatoes
- 3 ounces aged cheddar cheese, Kerrygold, cut into 1/4 inch squares
- 14 cup pesto sauce, prepared
- 14 cup herb crouton, crushed
- 1 tablespoon butter, Kerrygold's Pure Irish
Directions

1Heat oven to 450F

2Cut small piece off the bottom of each tomato to sit flat on baking sheet.

3With sharp knife cut top off each tomato; remove seeds with small spoon.

4Spoon pesto into tomatoes and top with cheese, dividing equally.

5Combine crumbs and butter and sprinkle over tomatoes.

6Bake 5 minutes or until bubbly.

7Serve warm.
