- 2 c. warm water
- buckwheat flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3 tsp. sugar
- 1 level tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix yeast and 2 cups warm water.

2Add enough flour to make extra thick batter.

3Set in warm place to rise overnight.

4In the morning, add baking soda, sugar, salt and 1/2 cup warm water.

5Mix thoroughly.

6If batter is too thick, thin with water to desired thickness for baking.
