- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. oats
- 2 c. cornflakes
- 2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. pecans
Directions

1Cream the butter and shortening, then sugars.

2Stir in eggs and vanilla. Sift flour, salt and baking powder. Add to creamed mixture. Add oats.

3Mix well, adding cereal, coconut and pecans. Drop large spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

4Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
