- 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 6 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1 Tbsp. liquid)
- lime jello
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1 tablespoon drained pineapple juice together until smooth and creamy.

2Fold in Cool Whip. Spread mixture into prepared and cooled pie shell.

3Mix jello according to package.

4Add drained pineapple to jello and refrigerate until thickened.

5Spread thickened jello mixture over first mixture in pie shell and chill.
