  • 8 whole Chicken Legs (or Bone-in, Chicken Thighs With The Skin On Or A Mix Of The Two)
  • Cajun Seasoning To Taste (or Seasoning Of Choice)
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter (don't Use Margarine)--approx.
  • 1/4 cups Frank's Red Hot Sauce (only Use Franks And Not A Hot Sauce Like Tabasco)--approx.
  • Blue Cheese Dressing For Serving (I Like Lighthouse Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing)

Directions

    Heat grill or oven.

    Lightly season chicken with Cajun spice, getting some under the skin if desired.

    Grill on low, turning a few times, until done and juices run clear, about 25-30 minutes.

    Discard skin, if desired.

    They can also be baked in the oven.

    Mix melted butter and hot sauce.

    Pour mixture over chicken and stir to coat.

    Serve with blue cheese dressing.
