- Cajun Seasoning To Taste (or Seasoning Of Choice)
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Unsalted Butter (don't Use Margarine)--approx.
- 1/4 cups Frank's Red Hot Sauce (only Use Franks And Not A Hot Sauce Like Tabasco)--approx.
- Blue Cheese Dressing For Serving (I Like Lighthouse Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing)

1Heat grill or oven.

2Lightly season chicken with Cajun spice, getting some under the skin if desired.

3Grill on low, turning a few times, until done and juices run clear, about 25-30 minutes.

4Discard skin, if desired.

5They can also be baked in the oven.

6Mix melted butter and hot sauce.

7Pour mixture over chicken and stir to coat.

8Serve with blue cheese dressing.
