- 18 oz. buffalo strip, cut in oblong pieces (3 oz. each)
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. chopped raw bacon
- 3 oblong dill pickles, sliced in half longways
- dash of vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can beef consomme, diluted with 1/2 c. water and 2 c. beef bouillon (2 cubes)
- parsley for garnish
Directions

1Season 6 pieces of steak lightly with salt and pepper.

2Divide onion and bacon evenly and place on top of steaks, then top with pickle halves.

3Roll each one and secure with toothpicks or skewers.

4Brown in lightly oiled skillet.
