- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 lb. beef, cut into 1 inch square
- 2 medium onions, peeled and chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
- 2 cans (10 oz.) beef consomme
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 3 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 stalks celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 4 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pack (10 oz.) frozen peas
Directions

1Melt butter in a Dutch oven and brown the beef.

2Add onions and saute until onion are golden brown.

3Add the celery salt, parsley, 1 can of consomme and one cup of water.

4Simmer for 1 hour.
