- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Thaw potatoes.

3Combine in a large bowl with 1/2 cup melted butter.

4Combine the next 6 ingredients.

5Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan casserole and top with cornflakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.

6Bake at 300° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
