Ingredients
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 envelopes Knox gelatine
- 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 2 (7 oz.) cans tiny shrimp
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Soften and heat together tomato soup and cream cheese.

2Add gelatine, dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water.

3Mix until smooth.

4Add finely chopped celery and onion.

5Blend together well.

6In the meantime, drain cans of shrimp and mash.

7Mix shrimp with lemon juice and mayonnaise.

8Add this mixture to soup and cheese mixture. Blend well.

9Pour into mold (or molds) of your choice (a copper fish mold is my favorite).

10Chill for at least 3 hours before serving with your favorite crackers or party rye bread.
