- 6 eggs
- 12 oz. vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. milk
- 7 oz. coconut flakes
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream margarine; add eggs and beat well after each addition. Stir in remaining ingredients.

2Use well-greased and floured Bundt or angel tin.

3Bake at 275° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

4Cool in pan outside of oven for 5 hours.

5Freezes well.

6Good served cold. Dust top with xxx sugar.
