- 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 c. green beans
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

2Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings.

3Cook onion in reserved fat until tender.

4Add vinegar, salt and pepper.

5Pour over hot cooked, drained beans.

6Crumble bacon atop.
