Bunko Roll-Ups

  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
  • 4 thin slices ham (4 x 7-inch)
  • 4 tsp. pure prepared mustard (I use Cajun style)
  • 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese (I use Swiss)
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame seed

Directions

    Unroll crescent rolls to 4 rectangles.

    Press to seal.

    Place one slice ham on each rectangle.

    Spread on mustard.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Roll from short side.

    Press to seal.

    Coat with seed. Cut each roll into 5 slices.

    Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375°.
