Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 bag frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • to taste worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

    Fry up onions, ground beef and worcestershire sauce in pan, drain grease and set aside
  2. 2
    In a bowl put hashbrowns and 2 eggs mix together then add burger salt and pepper to taste
  3. 3
    Form into patties then fry up in skillet with vegetable oil until golden brown
  4. 4
    Serve with cheese.

    My daughter likes ketchup on it.
