Burrito Roll-Ups

  • 8 to 10 large burritos
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 4 or 5 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning and green onions. Lay out burritos on wax paper, then spread mixture evenly on all burritos within 1/8-inch of edge. Roll burritos tight and put in a freezer bag. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Slice burritos into small pieces. Serve cold with salsa on the side.
