- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 c. flour
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Combine sugar, milk and butter in small pan.

2Heat to 125°. In a bowl, combine 1 3/4 cup flour plus yeast and salt.

3Add the warm mixture and the eggs.

4Mix for 1/2 minute on low and 3 minutes on high.

5Add the rest of the flour, mixing thoroughly. (A food processor works well at this point.)

6Cover and refrigerate overnight.

7Divide batter into 2 parts.

8Roll each to 1/4-inch thickness on a floured board.

9Spread with melted butter. Cut into 16 wedges and roll each into a crescent shape beginning at the wide end.

10Place on a greased baking sheet and let rise about 2 hours.

11Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.
