- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. light butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 1/2 c. sifted bread flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup warm water.

2Mix together light butter and sugar.

3Add egg and mix well.

4Add yeast mixture, plus 1/2 cup warm water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and sifted bread flour.

5Mix all ingredients well.

6Let sit in greased, covered bowl in refrigerator overnight.

7Roll out like biscuits and cut.

8Let rise at room temperature about 2 1/2 hours.

9Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
