- 1 tsp. Crisco to stabilize
- 4 Tbsp. half and half or evaporated milk
- 2 lb. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream margarine and Crisco with milk.

2Add 1 pound sugar; mix well.

3Stir in cocoa and remaining 1 pound sugar and add to first mixture.

4Add vanilla and beat thoroughly.

5This is enough for 2 cakes and can be refrigerated for some time.
