  • 115 g butter, softened
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 480 g icing sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • food coloring, of your choice

Directions

    Soften butter and cream cheese (to help, can use microwave on very low heat).

    Beat until blended.

    Add icing sugar and beat until creamy.

    You do not need to add all the icing sugar if you want a less sweet final product.

    Add vanilla extract.

    Add food colourings of your choice.
