- 4 slices bacon
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/3 c. sliced green onion
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- garlic powder to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Fry bacon; reserve drippings.

2Crumble bacon and set aside. Stir buttermilk and bacon drippings into sour cream; blend well. Add onion, seasonings and bacon.

3Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.

4Serve over tossed green salad. Makes approximately 2 cups.
