  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk

    Melt butter in a pan over hot water, add sugar and beat.

    Add eggs one at a time.

    Then add other ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Pour into unbaked pie shells.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes then 350° for 35 minutes.
