  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2/3 c. buttermilk

    Pour into 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie crusts.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

    Cover edges of pie crust with aluminum foil to prevent browning too fast.
