  • 3 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 stick corn oil margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 (9-inch) shallow pie crusts

Directions

    Combine sugar and flour; mix together.

    Add eggs and buttermilk and mix thoroughly.

    Melt margarine and add to mixture and mix well.

    Add vanilla and mix.

    Pour in unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake until knife comes out clean when inserted in the center of the pie.
